This policy describes how Closet Cleanouts handles information collected through this website and its cleanout request form.

Information we collect

When you request a cleanout, we collect your name, phone number, email, city or community, pickup address, selected service, preferred date and any notes you provide. We also store a booking reference, request status, submission time and a record of your acceptance of our Service Terms. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your notes.

The services that host and secure the website may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, request times and error logs. If the hosting platform requires sign-in, it also handles sign-in and access information.

How information is used

We use booking information to respond to requests, arrange and provide cleanouts, communicate about appointments, maintain service records and address questions or disputes. Technical information helps operate and protect the website and prevent misuse. Submitting a request does not sign you up for promotional messages.

Who receives information

Information is available to the people handling your cleanout and providers supporting website hosting, data storage, security and appointment communications, as needed for those functions. This site uses OpenAI Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.

Cookies and tracking

We have not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics to this website. Hosting and access services may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, security and sign-in. The booking application does not track you across other websites and does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. Provider-operated services may process information under their own policies: OpenAI and Cloudflare.

Storage and retention

Booking records are stored in our hosted database. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule. Records may be needed for appointments, follow-up, disputes and legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Questions and corrections

If you have an appointment or have received correspondence from us, reply to that correspondence to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. Include your booking reference if available. We may need to verify your identity, and some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or unresolved service matters.

Children

Booking is intended for adults aged 18 and older. Please do not submit a child’s personal information. We accept children’s clothing, but children should not submit booking requests.

Changes to this policy

We will post updates on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be identified on this page; when a change affects an existing booking and additional notice is required, we will use the contact information provided.
